I
run a variety of workshops ranging from the more esoteric to the
mainstream.

Most of these workshops are held at Beauchamp Lodge, a Grade II listed
building in leafy Little Venice, on the banks of the Grand Union Canal
where you can stroll during break times, looking at the colourful barges,
and you can even have coffee or lunch on one! There are restaurants and
cafes close by and a kitchen in Beauchamp Lodge where you can eat your own
lunch, make tea and coffee, etc.
The
Centre has a ‘no smoking’ and ‘no shoes’ policy – please bring
comfortable indoor shoes to wear!
Important
note: Please advise Lynn
in confidence if you have any major
health problems such as epilepsy, heart conditions, asthma, diabetes,
recent (last two years) mental breakdowns, etc. This will not necessarily
prohibit attendance, but some visualisations might need to be adapted
accordingly. This is especially
important for the CBT and Stress management
workshops.
